All corporate monthly transport contracts (Factory Shift Contracts, Office Commutes, and Executive Retainers) require a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) accompanied by a 50% advance retainer deposit prior to fleet deployment.
Route itineraries, passenger manifests, and factory gate arrival windows must be finalized at least 48 hours prior to contract commencement. Any emergency manifest alterations must be communicated to the ShiftRide Operations Desk by 04:00 PM on the preceding business day.
ShiftRide assigns a dedicated assigned driver and primary vehicle per route. Vehicles are maintained in accordance with multi-point commercial fleet safety inspection standards. In the event of scheduled maintenance or emergency breakdown, a certified standby replacement vehicle is deployed under our rapid backup vehicle dispatch protocol.
Monthly invoices are calculated based on the agreed Base Vehicle Retainer plus or minus OGRA fuel price revisions announced by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), Pakistan, as set out in our transparent fuel formula clause.
